Here at Twyford Estates we are passionate about our homes and we care about our customers. This is why on the day of legal completion our experienced site managers will hand your home over to you and explain the full workings of your home. You get to deal face to face with the man who was responsible for building your home and it his pleasure to hand over a home he is proud of and knows you will be too. The Site Manager will also hand to you a Home Owners Manual. This manual is designed to help you with the ‘running in’ of your new home.
It contains all the information you need with regard to the construction of your new home plus all the warranties provided. (please see our Construction page).
In the unlikely event of any queries you may have once you have moved into your new home, the manual will also give you the names and telephone numbers needed in the event of an emergency, plus direct contact with a Twyford Estates Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will ensure that any queries you may have will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, thus giving you complete peace of mind.
We do not hide behind the guise of a Customer Care Department, red tape and a queuing system, we are hands on and readily available to deal with your queries immediately. This is the Key to our success and therefore results in very happy and satisfied customers.
